Ingredients:

1 1/4 C. flour
1 1/4 sticks softend butter
1 1/4 C. chopped pecans
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 C. powder sugar
3 (8 oz) pkgs. Cool Whip
3 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 C. milk
handful of chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. First layer - combine flour, butter, 1 c. pecans in 9x13" pan. Bake for 20 mins. then cool.

  3. Second layer - Beat cream cheese and sugar then add 10 oz. of cool whip. Spread thickly on 1st layer.

  4. Third layer - mix milk with pudding packages, put on 2nd layer.

  5. Fourth layer - put remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle nuts and chips. Cover with foil and refridgerate for 3 to 4 hours.
