Ingredients:

2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream Cheese Frosting -
Cream:
1/2 cup butter (may be heated)
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
Beat in 1 pound of powdered sugar

Directions:

sift: dry ingredients, add: sugars, oil and eggs, mix well. Add: drained pineapple, carrots and nuts, mix well. Bake in greased and floured - two 9 inch pans or 13 inch x 9 inch pan. at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes
