Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken breast half, sauteed in oil (I sometimes use leftover rotisserie chicken)
1/2 c. bbq sauce
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. grated smoked gouda
1/2 c. sliced red onion
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Bake as you normally would a pizza. I think I usually do mine at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or something. Watch it. And mom, don't just leave it in the oven and disappear. - Lily
