I gotta agree with John (but then, I was always told that it was a pic of Oliver, too)...but anyway, William was a contemporary of Joseph Smith, and I seriously seriously doubt that it is he in the photo (how old was he when he died? Is the man in this photo too old to even be William?!). Guess we'd...

Do you believe in Santa?
Ok, this is fairly :offtopic: , but: Santa said "my elves make great use of GPS technology..." which reminded me of an *awesome* dream Mindy had a year or so ago: She and I were on some crazy mission to save Santa! I think she said that I was driving santa's sleigh at break-neck speeds, wh...

Did you read the two that I linked to? I think I'll just copy them in: About My Dreams (written at age 5-6) Now the flowers are all folded And the dark is going by. The evening is arising . . . It is time to rest. When I am sleeping I find my pillow full of dreams. They are all new dreams: No one to...

We would go visit grandpa's house in the summers fairly regularly (every few years). Some days we would go on long outings places, but other days at grandpa's house were sometimes really long and boring...I remember going inside, outside, inside, outside...I suppose it was a good kind of boring, tho...

Ooh--I like the idea of a poetry forum. Fun! Share poems with me, do! I'm sure I have already shared these with a few of you, but here are a few written by Hilda Conkling, a child poet (1920s). She wrote this one (link) when she was 5-6 years old (!) and the next two (link) when she was 10-11. (The ...
