1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 can each, drained: black beans, kidney beans, whole kernal corn
1 can diced tomatoes with lime and cilantro, undrained
1 large can tomato sauce (or 4 of the small 8 oz. ones)
In soup pot, brown meat and saute onion. Add taco seasoning. Dump everything else in and simmer. Serve with cheese and fritos. This soup is easy to make in large quantities and freeze.
