we descend from several pilgrims who traveled on the mayflower in 1620. the general society of mayflower descendants is actively researching the genealogy of these families. they are publishing a highly-regarded series of books called “mayflower families through five generations,” also known as the “silver books.” they are also publishing a series of books called “mayflower families in progress,” also known as the “pink books.” the pink books are silver books in the making.

it would be great to get our hands on the silver books for our ancestors. i believe we can borrow them from a local library via interlibrary loan.
