Can someone tell me who wrote this? I found it @ldschurch. I love it!

What makes a home a home?
It's not the roof and walls.
It's not the pictures we hang
or the flowers we plant in the yard.
It's not how many rooms we have
or the furniture in them.

What makes a home is love.
And love at home is something
we cultivate each day.
It takes time. It takes work.
It takes God's light.
But with His help,
our homes, and our hearts,
can be filled with love.
