Betsy recommended and got this book for me - Moroni's War on Addiction - A Scripture Hero's Strategy to Win Today's Battle for Souls by Joseph Grenny with Seth Grenny. I really felt inspired by this book written by a father whose son struggled from drug addictions. Even though I feel that each parent's struggle with children with addictions will be different this book has some wonderful insights. He has two sections in his book the first one is principles for family and friends and the second one is principles for addicts. Using Moroni as an example of how he fought his wars in The Book of Mormon is an excellent comparison for parents dealing with their wars against Satan's temptations to their children.
