Ms. Park is Mr. Mastermind’s wife and his strongest supporter. She is the only human being who Mr. Mastermind regards as his equal; if not because of an equal intelligence, then because of the sheer force of her indomitable wil, which makes her every bit as powerful a person as he. She is determined, fearless, ruthless, and beautiful, characterized by her impatience with both incompetence and sentimentality. She approves of Mr. Mastermind’s quest to better the world, and in her heart she truly feels that his plans are just what the world needs to become a better place. Because of her sincere belief in the morality of his aims, Ms. Park refuses to be labeled as a villain by what she deems to be the less-intelligent rabble of Earth. She is a noble supporter of advancing society, and frankly she cares little for the means by which it could be achieved.
One of the reasons Mr. Mastermind depends so much on Ms. Park is that she is endowed with the unique ability to conceptualize and control the inner-workings of any machine or technology - in fact, she is one of the world's most powerful technopaths. Proximity to technology allows her to instantly assume full control over it, and to a large extent she can affect technology in distant places as well. The combined powers of technopathy and cyberkinesis allows her to provide Mr. Mastermind with all the technology and resources he needs to further his Utopian ideals—and they have also granted her a very comfortable lifestyle. She has been the central force behind the construction of the Temple of Reason, the mighty citidel wherein Mr. Mastermind conducts his global affairs and formulates his far-reaching plans. There she has created the world's powerful computing systems on Earth, with the capacity to infiltrate any computer and any system in the world. Built under Mr. Mastermind's direction and run by Ms. Park's incredible powers, it is perhaps the single most advanced piece of technology that has ever been crafted by the hands of men on Earth.
Ms. Park and Mr. Mastermind are the parents of two children - The One, Oliver, an infant who has inherited the promise of remarkable powers; and Simon, born with an unidentified influence over the powers of others. As a babies, their powers have not yet manifested themselves, and Ms. Park’s savage protection of her children has made it impossible for others to measure the potency of their combined potential. However, Ms. Park secretly believes that The One may possess an ability to absorb powers from other heroes, granting him a virtually limitless array of powers. Simon she believes may be capable of influencing the powers of others to the point that he may in fact be able to severe individuals from their powers entirely, though of these things she is uncertains, and the full comprehension of just what they can do continues to evade her. In order to protect them, however, Ms. Park has crafted an invisible force field to protect The Children, and she can summon them to her by means of a special teleportation link she shares with them. Consequently, they never leave their mother’s side.
