Happy Birthday Hugh!

Post by Tuly »

Angela gave birth today at 8:25am to a healthy 9lbs. 9oz. son. When we get a name for him we will erase Baby X and put his name.

New Baby shares a birthday with great-uncle George.
Happy happy birthday to both!

î missed talk like a pirate day? i'm so distraught now.

#3 son will officially be known as Thor Rasputin Huntington. I know, it's a little trendy but I think he's cool enough to rock it.

So, you know those dreams where things are so real that you wake up in a shock because of how life-like it seemed? Well, that happened to me last night. The only horrible part was what Ian and Angela had decided to name the baby:

Jedediah Kansas Huntington! :scared:

Needless to say, it was a horrible dream. I barely slept a wink after that.

If you want to give your child the best chance at success in the superhero circles, a name like Thor might just be your best bet. You have my vote.

We miss you Angela. Anyway I'm getting used to Baby X, if it's good enough for Malcolm why not this little one.

Wow, that totally sent shivers down my spine! Of course it helps that it's followed by Ian's classic "so let it be written, so let it be done" signature. Adds a little pomp to the decree, don't you think? And what a great name! It's so stately; the instant I read it I thought of the scripture relating the account of Zacharias from the New Testament:
Luke 1:63: And he asked for a table, and wrote, saying, His name is John. And they marvelled all.
Kind of the same feeling I got. Hooray for his name!
