To The Rescue by Heidi S. Swinton. I decided to start a new thread for this book instead of putting it in the summer reading section because I hope you all get a chance to read this book. though I found it a bit maudlin at times, still learning about the life of President Monson was worth it. He is one of my heroes and I highly esteem him. I think it is wonderful to have another biography written about a prophet while he is alive.

the author sugar coated some things by omitting certain details, and the chronology is sometimes confusing, but it's a worthwhile read and i enjoyed very much learning about president monson's life.
